RETREATS + GATHERINGS
Be Witnessed. Come Alive.
Remember Who You are.
Come as you are. Remember who you've always been.
A threshold, not an escape.
Where what's already true becomes visible again.

A Week at Pura Vida:
February 27 - March 6 2027
Seven days above the clouds in Costa Rica's Central Valley — coffee plantations, mountain air, and a week built entirely around coming back alive.
Picture this.
You wake somewhere above the clouds, coffee plantations rolling out below you toward a valley still holding its morning light. No alarm demanding anything of you yet. Just the sound of birds finding their way into the day, and the particular quiet of a place that has spent decades learning how to hold people so beautifully.
That's the first morning.
There will be six more.
Some days, movement — yoga in the mountain air, a body remembering what it feels like to move without being asked to perform.
Some days, hands other than your own working something loose that's been held too long — bodywork, healing arts, the kind of touch that says you don't have to carry this alone right now. Every day, food that isn't fuel — it's care, made visible, plated. The kind of meal that makes you slow down mid-bite because something in it is actually reaching you.
And then there's the rest of it — the unscheduled hours. A hammock. A walk into the green. A conversation that goes somewhere real because nobody's checking the time. A small circle of good people moving through the same week — there if you want the company, easy to step away from if you want the quiet. Nothing here is mandatory. Community, held loosely, not herded.
Underneath all of it, there's a thread I'll be weaving through the week — creative aliveness. The parts of you that want to make, express, remember. The parts that have been quiet for a while because there was never quite enough room. This week, there's room.
You don't need to arrive calling yourself an artist. You just need to arrive, let your nervous system exhale, and let the conditions do what conditions do when they're finally right.
By the end of it, something in you will have moved. Not because anyone pushed it. Because you finally stopped bracing long enough to let it.
Seven days and six nights at Pura Vida, mountaintop above Costa Rica's coffee plantations
Daily movement — yoga, breathwork, dance, somatics and space to simply be in a body again
Bodywork and healing arts woven throughout, not tacked on at the end
Meals made with real care, every one of them, all included
A woven thread of creative aliveness — no art background required, just a willingness to arrive
No commitment, no deposit yet.
Just a way to let me know this is calling to you.
