THE WORK
How the Work Moves
The work I do is relational, immersive, and highly collaborative.
Rather than offering a set menu of services, I partner with leaders and organizations in a few focused ways depending on what the work requires.
01
Strategic Experience Architecture
For founders and organizations navigating growth, complexity, or the current structure is no longer fully holding the vision.
In these partnerships I work closely with leaders and leadership teams to identify where culture, communication, system and experience have fallen out of alignment—and what kind of architecture is needed for the next phase to emerge needed to sustain them.
Rather than applying fixed solutions, the work evolves relationally through observation, strategic design and ongoing collaboration.
Leadership and cultural architecture
Strategic experience and ecosystem design
Facilitated decision-making and alignment sessions
Immersive Intensive or on-site design labs
Ongoing advisory support as the work evolves
These partnerships are typically long-term engagements designed for leaders and organizations ready to evolve not only what they do, but how they lead.

The work is rarely about fixing what is broken.
More often, it is about recognizing what is no longer aligned, what wants to evolve, and what kind of environment will allow that transformation to hold.

02
Immersive Retreats & Gatherings
Some transformation requires steppin goutside familiar environments long enough to recognize what can no longer be heard inside the pace of everyday leadership. I design and produce immersive retreats, gatherings and leadership experiences that create space for reflection, recalibration, relational depth, and strategic clarity.
These environments are intentionally structured for:
Leadership alignment
Strategic reflection
Creative expansion
Embodied transformation
Some experiences are designed for organizations and leadership teams navigating transition or growth. Others are public-facing gatherings created to support deeper personal and professional evolution.
04
Sometimes the work begins around the kitchen table
For a small number of leaders and founders, I offer an in-person strategy session built around cooking and conversation.
It's one of the clearest ways I've found to understand how someone:
Moves through complexity
Makes decisions
Collaborates in real time
Navigates pace, pressure and adaptation
Relates to structure, hospitality and trust
These sessions are offered selectively when I believe the format will meaningfully support the work and help clairfy whether a deeper partnership is the right fit.
