THE INVITATION
Make room to hear yourself

This is a week to stop, take stock, and come back to yourself.
Over seven nights you will step out of the pace that has been deciding for you and make room for what is true to surface: what to keep, what to release, and what comes next.
Together, we will co-create and design a beautiful week that can nourish both your individual needs while still being part of a community of wonderful people.

This retreat is an invitation to locate yourself in the terrain of your life as it exists now—not as a problem to solve, but as a landscape to understand.
Together, we’ll move through five movements Mapmaking:
Locate
Where are you, really?
We’ll begin with the terrain beneath your feet: what is true now, what you’re carrying, what is asking for your attention, and what already exists as strength, resource, knowledge, and capacity.
Reveal
What becomes visible when you look beneath the obvious?
We’ll make space for patterns, tensions, desires, assumptions, relationships, and possibilities that may be difficult to see while moving at the speed of everyday life.
Orient
What matters from here?
Rather than reaching automatically for the next goal, we’ll listen for what feels meaningful, alive, and worthy of your energy. What are you moving toward? What values, truths, and inner coordinates can help you find your way?
Compose
What wants to be arranged differently?
We’ll explore the people, practices, structures, rhythms, resources, boundaries, and relationships surrounding your next chapter. Not everything needs to be replaced. Sometimes transformation happens through recomposing what is already here.
Integrate
What movement is yours to make?
We’ll translate what has emerged into grounded action—without forcing certainty or turning insight into another list of things you should be doing. What is ready to begin? What needs tending? What can your actual life and capacity sustainably hold?
These are not five steps toward a finished version of yourself.
Mapmaking is iterative.
We may Locate something that changes our Orientation. Revealing a pattern may send us back to look at the terrain differently. Activation may teach us something that requires a new map entirely.
That is part of the practice.
The map is not the territory, and the destination is not perfection.
This retreat is a place to come into deeper relationship with yourself, see your terrain with greater clarity, and leave with a map that feels more like you—one spacious enough for what is already here and useful enough to help you move toward what comes next.
HOW THE WEEK UNFOLDS
How the week is facilitated
01
Take inventory
Look honestly at your life and work as they are now: what fills you, what drains you, what you have outgrown, and what you have been carrying that was never yours.
02
Create space
Unhurried days, guided practices, and real quiet clear out the noise, so true insight can rise on its own instead of being forced.
03
Reclaim your creativity
Playful, hands-on experiences invite back the part of you that imagines, makes, and follows curiosity—the source of your best ideas and your own way of doing things.
04
Lead yourself first
From that clearer place, you look at how you lead your own life and how you show up for the people who depend on you, and you find the decisions that feel right, not just reasonable.
05
Guided, never performed
Ruthann holds the space and asks the questions that matter. The group does the work together, and your own insight is the authority.
06
Take it home
You leave with a few clear commitments and a practical way to carry them into daily life.
