Over the past two decades, I've worked across industries and contexts — from immersive retreats and cultural strategy to leadership development and organizational design.

What unites all of my work is a focus on creating the conditions where people and organizations can evolve — not through pressure, but through clarity, alignment, and intentional design.
A PATTERN I NOTICED
The leaders doing the most meaningful work often lacked the architecture to sustain it.
I kept seeing the same thing: visionary leaders with incredible ideas but no structural foundation to hold the transformation they were creating. The strategy was disconnected from the culture. The experience was disconnected from the vision.

That pattern became my work — designing the connective tissue between vision, culture, and experience so that meaningful change doesn't just happen once, but takes root.
