WHAT THIS WORK IS
The work beneath the work.
Creative Direction & Cultural Architecture is about shaping the deeper structure of a project, organization, or collaborative effort — the narrative, values, systems, and relational dynamics that determine how work actually unfolds.
I partner with leaders and teams to design the invisible architecture that holds vision, distributes leadership, and supports meaningful impact over time.
This work often lives at the intersection of strategy, facilitation, and experience design — bringing coherence to environments that feel complex, evolving, or misaligned.

WHEN THIS WORK IS NEEDED
When something important is taking shape.
This guidance and building is especially valuable when:
-
A project or organization is growing or shifting
-
Leadership roles feel unclear or uneven
-
Vision exists but lacks structural clarity
-
Values are named but not embodied in systems
-
Collaboration feels heavy, reactive, or unsustainable
-
You are building something new and want to do it differently
I’m often brought in when the work matters deeply — and the stakes are both relational and strategic.

WHAT IT INCLUDES
Designing what holds.
Creative direction and cultural architecture may include:
-
Vision and narrative development
-
Values-to-structure alignment
-
Cultural design and communication systems
-
Strategic framing and systems thinking
-
Experience and container architecture
-
Role clarity and leadership distribution
-
Design of collaborative or decentralized structures
-
Messaging and meaning-making refinement
My role is to see the whole — to name what’s present, what’s missing, and what needs to be designed so people can work together with clarity and care.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
A collaborative design process
Engagements may take the form of:
-
Project-based creative direction
-
Ongoing cultural advisory
-
Co-creative leadership roles
-
Strategic intensives
-
Experience or initiative design partnerships
Each collaboration begins with clarity around scope, roles, and shared responsibility — so the work can be spacious, grounded, and sustainable.
I take on a limited number of creative direction partnerships at a time to ensure depth and care.
