With over two decades of experience across hospitality, public health, wellness, leadership development, and immersive experience design, I bring both intuitive insight and practical systems thinking to the work of transformation.

My process blends intuitive pattern recognition with practical design: sensing where energy, leadership, and structure are out of alignment, then translating that insight into systems and experiences that can actually hold as the work grows.
Transformation Catalyst
Through retreats, immersive gatherings, and collaborative design sessions, I create environments where meaningful change can take root. I work both intuitively and practically — helping individuals and teams surface what’s ready to evolve, then guiding them toward clear next steps that translate insight into real movement.
