Creative Director · Cultural Architect · Leadership Strategist

I design cultures, containers, and experiences that hold.

I work at the intersection of strategy, facilitation, and experience design — guiding and collaborating with leaders and organizations to build new ways of working and belonging.

WHAT I DO

Creative Direction & Cultural Architecture

I guide leaders, organizations, and collaborations in shaping vision, narrative, and structure — designing the cultural architecture that determines how people work, relate, and make decisions together.

This includes strategic visioning, narrative clarity, values-to-structure alignment, and systems design that support shared leadership and long-term sustainability.

Strategic Consulting & Leadership Development

I work with leaders navigating growth, complexity, or transition — offering clarity, perspective, and structure when things feel diffuse or misaligned.

My consulting work focuses on communication, culture, and leadership development, helping teams move beyond urgency and over-functioning into more intentional, reciprocal ways of working.

Facilitation Training & Retreat Leadership

I train facilitators and retreat leaders to design and hold meaningful containers — grounded in presence, shared responsibility, and care.

This work includes facilitation training, retreat production, and leadership development for those guiding groups through learning, reflection, and transformation.

Creative Mapping & Immersive Experience Design

I design creative frameworks and immersive experiences that support reflection, integration, and meaning-making — including ritual, sensory design, and culinary artistry.

This work lives at the intersection of creativity, embodiment, and systems thinking, offering space for renewal, insight, and new ways of seeing.

HOW I WORK

The work beneath the work

I collaborate in ways that are clear, reciprocal, and intentional. My role is often to hold the larger frame — aligning vision, structure, and relational dynamics so meaningful work can actually hold over time.

I work at the intersection of strategy, facilitation, and experience design, bringing coherence to complex environments. This means naming what’s present, what’s misaligned, and what needs to be designed so people can lead, collaborate, and create without over-functioning or burnout.

What grounds my collaborations

My work is rooted in:

  • Clear roles and decision-making structures

  • Shared responsibility and distributed leadership

  • Respect for creative, emotional, and strategic labor

  • Sustainable scope and realistic pacing

  • Alignment between stated values and lived structure

  • Communication practices that support clarity and repair

I am most at home in environments where depth is valued over speed, and where culture is understood not as a side effect, but as something consciously designed and practiced.

Partnership over performance

I don’t enter projects as auxiliary support or surface-level inspiration. I partner with leaders and organizations as a creative and cultural collaborator — shaping systems, containers, and experiences that are both effective and deeply human.

The quality of the container determines the depth of the work. I care about that container — and I work with people who do, too.

Sustainable by design

I take on a limited number of collaborations at a time to ensure the work is thoughtful, spacious, and sustainable — for the project and for the people involved.

This is leadership that values care, clarity, and creative intelligence in equal measure.
