For more than two decades, I’ve worked across public health, hospitality, wellness, operations, marketing, and immersive experience design — environments where the smallest details shape the human experience and the culture of an organization.

Over time, I noticed a pattern.

Many leaders have powerful visions for their work, but the structures meant to hold that vision often struggle to keep pace. Teams grow quickly, offerings expand, and what once felt aligned can start to feel scattered or strained.

My role is to help bring those pieces back into coherence.

I partner with leaders and organizations to design the architecture behind transformative work — aligning vision, culture, leadership systems, and immersive experiences so the work can grow without losing its integrity.

This process blends intuitive insight with grounded strategy. I listen for patterns beneath the surface, sense where energy and structure are out of alignment, and translate those insights into practical systems and environments that allow people and organizations to thrive.

Over the years I’ve helped launch partnerships, build marketing and operational teams from the ground up, steward multimillion-dollar initiatives, produce large-scale events and retreats, and guide leadership teams navigating complex transitions.
